Definitions

Pick builder limits

  • Up to 8 selections in one pick.
  • No more than one selection per event.
  • A single-selection pick is allowed only for events marked S.
  • Amount up to $100 per pick.
  • Each event has its own closing time for accepting selections.

Settlement rules by wager type

MATCH3 — settled on the regulation-time result: V (visitor win), T (tie by the rules of the sport), H (home win).

SPREAD — settled on whether the favourite covers the posted line; overtime not counted.

TOTAL — settled over/under the posted line; in hockey and soccer on regulation and stoppage time.

DUELS — settled on the official statistic of both named players, overtime included, shootouts excluded.

POOLS — settled per game on the card; the card is valid only when every game was picked.

FUTURES — settled on the officially declared tournament winner.

MULTI — each derived combination is settled independently under the rules above.

Tie rules

When MATCH3 records the outcome T (“tie by the rules”), by sport:

SoccerScore level at the end of regulation including stoppage time; extra time and penalties are not counted.
BaseballMargin of 1 run or less; the event must complete 9 innings (8½ with the home team leading).
BasketballMargin of 5 points or less.
MMAAn official draw.
BoxingAn official draw at the end of the bout.
GolfSame number of holes completed and a margin of 2 strokes or less; playoff not counted.

Overtime at a glance

  • MATCH3, SPREAD and TOTAL — overtime and shootouts are not counted.
  • DUELS — overtime is counted, shootouts are not.
  • In hockey and soccer, TOTAL is settled on regulation and stoppage time.

Overtime and shootouts

MATCH3, SPREAD and TOTAL are settled without overtime and shootouts. DUELS include overtime but exclude shootouts. In hockey and soccer, TOTAL is settled on regulation time, including stoppage time in soccer.

Cancelled, postponed, unfinished events

Start and closing time changes

The start time of an event may change; the posted closing time for accepting selections prevails. Odds and closing times may change until the moment the ticket is printed.

Results entry and timing

Results are entered during the night after the event.

Claim periods

  • A prize cannot be claimed earlier than the day following the last event of the pick.
  • Regular pick — 1 year from the date of the last event of the pick.
  • FUTURES — 1 year from the date the official final result is declared.
